Privacy Policy
The short version
We collect the details you put in the request form so a concrete contractor can call you about your project. We do not sell them or use them for advertising. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
What the form collects
Your name, phone number, optional email, the location of the project and your description of the job. That is all the contractor needs to contact you and prepare an estimate.
Please keep the description to the project itself. We do not need payment information, account numbers or personal documents, and we ask you not to send them.
If you prefer email to phone, say so in the form and include your address so the contractor can reply that way.
Site visits and analytics
When you browse the site, our hosting provider handles standard technical information such as the requested page, the time and your browser type. Visit counts come from a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use advertising cookies or follow you to other sites.
Who sees your request
The independent contractor who covers Frisco receives your request so they can call you. People who maintain this site can see requests to make sure each one gets an answer. No one else receives them.
Your request is not used to build an advertising profile, and it is not combined with data from other websites.
Tools we rely on
The website runs on a cloud hosting and delivery network, and messages are routed through a form delivery service. These providers handle data only to run those services for us.
Retention
We keep requests while they are useful for the job and any follow-up, then delete them. Server logs are short-lived and used for security.
Protection
The site is served over HTTPS and access to requests is restricted. We take reasonable precautions, though no online system is completely risk-free.
Your requests to us
Write to the email on the contact page to see what we hold about you, correct it or have it removed. If you would rather not be contacted again about a request, say so and we will stop.
Calls and messages
When the contractor calls or texts you about a request, they use the number you provided only for that project. If you asked for a call back through a button on the site, that request is logged so it can be answered.
Location of the data
Requests and site data are stored with our providers in the United States or in other locations where they operate, under their security practices.
Age
The service is for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly accept requests from children under 13.
Updates
Changes to this notice will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
